Dog are reactive and if you know what you are looking for then you know what to do in any given situation. We need to learn from this incident and teach owners what to look for. That dog should not have been in the studio with his owner, he was distressed and the owner should not have allowed the anchor to be that close to him. I don't think that dog had ever bitten before as the owner seemed very unaware of the danger signs.
